my room had breathtaking views of the iconic kintaikyo bridge and the surrounding scenery. It was just a short walk to the stunning shiinoo hachiman-gu shrine and other attractions that made my weekend strolls memorable and enjoyable.

It was just an ideal choice for a stopover in Iwakuni with exceptional value. The bento box provided during lunch was nicely presented, despite being cold. Try to learn a few Japanese phrases before dining for a smoother experience.

The onsen experience was refreshing and had stunning views of nature. Some rooms had a subtle cigarette smell.

i had a great stay at kokusai kanko. the location was perfect, close to the historic kintaikyo bridge with breathtaking views. the onsen was lovely and offered a relaxing experience. the staff were wonderful, especially mr toyota-san, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. i loved the variety of treatment therapies available, like reflexology.

The on-site sauna and outdoor hot spring were perfect for relaxation after a long day. One small downside was the limited English in the dining area, which made ordering a bit tricky, but I still recommend trying the breakfast options! 😌

My room remained impeccably clean throughout my stay, with all necessary amenities. Kudos to the staff for their warmth and helpfulness, truly making me feel welcomed. A downside was that the carpet in my room had odd stains that didn’t match the otherwise lovely atmosphere. Even though the overall vibe was great, this detail stood out and could use attention.
